Origin - Navigation data

The Company informs you that the personal data you provide and that is acquired with the request for information and / or contact, registration on the site and use of the services via smart phone or any other device used to access the Internet, as well as the data necessary for the provision of these services, including navigation data and data used for the possible purchase of the products and services offered by Mintor srl but also the so-called "navigation" site data by Users, will be processed in compliance with the applicable regulations. The computer systems and software procedures used for the operation of this website acquire some personal data during their normal operation whose transmission is implicit when using the Internet. This is information that is not collected to be associated with the identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.   1. Right to access personal data, to obtain evidence of Data Controller’s purposes, data categories involved, recipients to whom they may be communicated, the applicable retention period, existence of automated decision-making processes.

  3. Related to the fulfillment of obligations under EU and national regulations, the protection of public order, the detection and repression of crimes;
